The story of the magazine...from 1999 to 2002 Vincebus Eruptum was directed by Davidew and produced by Vinyl Magic 3 Records Store...

Vincebus Eruptum was born from a section of an old italian fanzine named Snort: the name of the section was "Welcone to the Stoner Valley", directly inspired from the 3rd Kyuss album.

After 2 issues as a bonus print-sheet of Snort...I met Giorgio Pagnacco and Beppe Badino of the Vinyl Magic 3 Records Store and we decided to launch a new magazine totally focused on the heavy-psych scene: from stoner-rock to cosmic doom, from space rock to psychedelia.

The name of the mag was inspired by the first LP of Blue Cheer, one of the most important and influential album for the heavy-psych scene...
